"Secrets of the Tarot" offers a compelling exploration of the connections between Jewish tradition and the iconic Jean Noblet Tarot de Marseille from 1650 France. Through the innovative use of Augmented Reality, this project aims to uncover the hidden narratives woven into the tarot's imagery, drawing attention to Jewish ritual objects, holy days, and the significance of Hebrew letters.

Viewed through a Judaic lens, this historical tarot deck transforms into more than a mere game; it emerges as a profound artefact that serves as a guide to Jewish observance and reflects themes of crypto-Judaism. The blend of artistry and cryptographic elements found within this deck presents a unique opportunity for both scholars and enthusiasts alike to deepen their understanding of these intertwined cultural threads.

The initiative is the result of collaboration between JArts, Jonathan Prince Studio, and tarot researcher Stav Appel, demonstrating a commitment to fostering dialogue between ancient traditions and contemporary technology.
